ENCHANTED WHISPERING HOLLOWS
Have you ever pondered the secrets within a fairy's dwelling? Join us as we follow a fairy through their hidden village nestled in a magical forest, inviting us into their home to unveil the answers to all our questions.
Take a look at how I included ChatGPT into my work process…

PROMPT: HOW CAN I ADD INCLUDE EXPRESSIVE MOVEMENT?
Camera Movement:
Start with a gentle pan or zoom into the forest to establish the scene.
Gradually move the camera towards the fairy house to build anticipation.
Nature Animation:
Add subtle movements to the forest, such as leaves rustling, grass swaying, or flowers gently moving in the breeze.
Fairy House Animation:
Begin with the closed door of the fairy house and animate it slowly creaking open.
As the door opens, use lighting effects to reveal the interior gradually.
Add magical sparkles or dust particles to enhance the fantasy element.
Character Animation:
If there are fairy characters present, animate them with expressive movements, such as flying around or interacting with their surroundings.
Lighting Effects:
Experiment with dynamic lighting to enhance the mood. For example, you can have sunlight streaming through the leaves or magical lights inside the fairy house.
Use subtle changes in lighting to guide the viewer's attention and create a sense of depth.

Growing up, I loved fairies — I still do. I was Tinkerbell’s number one fan!
I’m not kidding — My room was Tinkerbell themed, I dressed up as her for Halloween when I was a kid, I watched Peter Pan and all the Tinkerbell movies countless times, read a lot of Pixie Hollow books, and played the online game.
When this project was given to us, my first thought was the fairy homes I used to make out of old shoe boxes, and I thought it would be amazing to see something I was so passionate about as a kid come to life.
So I made my own fairy house!

-
The feeling of the fairy house is there, but it doesn’t feel magical. The house looks like a camera and the terrariums feel out of place.
-
This is feeling much better and more magical. The door is not working, it feels to “human” and needs to feel as if a fairy created it. We also need to see how the fairy flies into the scene.
-
This is it! It looks more like a fairy house hidden in the forest. Add more foliage in the background and hit that render button.

I’m a big fan of learning what inspired projects and the process, some could say it’s my favorite part about making art. So I would like to show my version of “behind the scenes” and share my inspiration, memories, sketches, doodles, you name it!
